These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.conimext.co.rs (the "Website") operated by Conimex IT d.o.o. By visiting the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the Website only. Any commercial engagement between you and Conimex IT — including software development, consulting, hosting, or support — is governed by a separate written agreement (Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or equivalent) signed by both parties. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of it.

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, the server it runs on, or any connected database;

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
